Shipping

All products have a 3-5 business day (Monday-Friday) ceation/shipping time.  If a custom product, not a pre-made design, is requested then work will not commence until the mock-up provide is approved by you.  To expedite work on your creation please respond to any questions as soon as possible.

Returns

As stated in our terms of service, all custom/personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged, incomplete or not as described.  We do everything we can to ensure you will receive the product exactly as you have requested it.
