About
It started with a hobby cutter in a loft.
Hi, I'm Eric. In 2020 I bought a small vinyl cutter and started making designs for wine glasses and tumblers. I opened an Etsy shop, the orders kept coming, and the hobby turned into a business.
It outgrew the loft. Then it outgrew a three-car garage. Today Next Dimension Designs runs out of a purpose-built 1,500-square-foot workshop in Lutz, Florida, with a dust-controlled print room and a separate space for the lasers and CNC.
What we make
Laser-engraved wood signs and gifts. UV-printed keepsakes, memorials and tags. Vinyl decals for cars, trucks and golf carts. Embroidery. And now full-color custom apparel, printed in-house on our Roland TY-300.
Order one piece or a bulk run of 25 or more. If you can picture it, we can probably make it.
The equipment
Everything is made in-house on professional machines: Roland TY-300, MO-240 and XG-640 printers, Epilog Fusion Pro 48 and Fusion 24 lasers, JPT fiber and UV lasers, a Makera Carvera CNC, Bambu Lab 3D printers and a BAI embroidery machine.
Who's behind it
Before this I served five years in the U.S. Air Force as a Security Police Officer and spent 20 years in technology. I've been tinkering since grade school, and I still can't leave a new machine alone until I've figured out everything it can do.
Why people come back
